Welcome to Great Start Nannies. By registering with us and submitting your documents, you agree to the following terms regarding our introductory services.

1. Our Relationship

• Introductory Service Only: Great Start Nannies is an introductory agency. We source and introduce childcare opportunities to you. We are not your employer, and registering with us does not guarantee placement.

• No Fee to You: Our registration and placement services are completely free for nannies.

2. Your Information and Compliance

• Accuracy: You confirm that all information, CVs, qualifications, and references you provide are accurate, up-to-date, and honest.

• Vetting Requirements: To be introduced to families, you must maintain a valid Enhanced DBS check (ideally on the Update Service) and a current Paediatric First Aid certificate. You agree to provide original documents for verification when requested.

3. Introductions and Client Contact

• Confidentiality: Any details we share with you about families (names, addresses, contact info) are strictly confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

• Direct Approaches: If a family introduced to you by Great Start Nannies contacts you directly, or if you find a family via our platform, you must notify us immediately. You must not accept employment with an introduced family without our agency’s involvement.

4. General

• Declining Service: We reserve the right to decline or terminate your registration with our agency at any time if vetting requirements are not met or if these terms are breached.

• Data Protection: We process your personal data securely to help find you work, in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
